The water temperature and water level sensor is composed of a temperature controller and a water level control part. It is also equipped with a pressure relief device in front of the electric valve and a rotary muffler heater for heating
principle
The water level sensor in the vessel transmits the sensed water level signal to the controller. The computer in the controller compares the measured water level signal with the set signal to obtain the deviation. Then, according to the nature of the deviation, it sends the "open" and "close" instructions to the electric water supply valve to ensure that the vessel reaches the set water level. After the water inlet program is completed, the computer in the temperature control part sends an "ON" command to the electric valve supplying heat medium, so the system starts to heat the water in the container. When the set temperature is reached. Only when the controller sends out the command to close the valve and cut off the heat source, the system enters the thermal insulation state. During the programming process, it is ensured that the electric control valve controlling the heat source does not open when the system does not reach the safe water level, thus avoiding heat loss and accidents.
